Description

If you can see an image on the screen but the display backlight doesn't turn on, you may need to replace this fuse.
This fuse is only one component in the LCD backlight circuit, but it's the most common point of failure in the Unibody MacBook and MacBook Pro laptops.
Commonly identified by the white dot printed on the top surface.
Labelled as F9800 on schematics diagrams and board view software.
